Dr. Glenda Elliott, Dr. Angela Stowe, Kelli Lasseter, Lacy Kennedy and Rick Mula will facilitate education to build skills for counselors in school and clinical settings and discuss many ways to support the LGBTQ youth.
This training will cover topics including: identities and terminology, promoting family acceptance, review our ethical obligations as counselors, legal rights of LGBTQ youth in school, and identify Community Resources
